45th Night of Flanders

 RUNNING

1. You accept to this list of general conditions by signing in for one of the runs in the night of Flanders.
2. To participate one must register and pay, using one of the 3 following options:
1. a) online registration and payment before May 31st   
2. c) registration and payment on the Friday evening of the event between 5.00 and 7.30 pm. This option is only available for the 10km and 5km City runs. 
3. Entries before May 31st are cheaper.  We prefer the online registration option because it makes work a lot easier for us!    IMPORTANT: don't forget to bring the print of your entry-confirmation (with bar code) to pick up your personal documents on Friday evening between 5.00 and 8.00 pm!
4. Entries are not refunded, unless you can provide a valid reason. We accept medical issues (make sure you have a doctor's note to prove your claim) and urgent family matters. Claims for a refund must be sent to nachtvv@proximus.be before July 1st!
5. We keep your personal data for one reason only: to contact you for our next event. However, if you insist on removing these data from our files, you can ask so by sending a mail to nachtvv@proximus.be
6. We do not share our data with 3rd parties or commercial partners of the Night of Flanders.
7. By taking part in our event you allow the organisation, without any kind of compensation, to use photos and films of the event and of individual participants for our promotional tools: billboards, leaflets, images on social media etc...
8. Participants are expected to wear decent clothes.
9. The organising committee cannot be held responsible for any kind of damage or injury that might occur before, during or after the event.
10. INSURANCE:  Every individual participant is insured against accidents and the medical consequences of this accident . The insurance policy is provided by the Flemish Track & Field Association (VAL).
